The Supreme Court has ruled that adults have the right to access and consume sexually explicit material in the privacy of their own homes. Additionally, banning pornographic films would raise concerns about government censorship and infringement on individual freedoms. Instead, regulations and restrictions are in place to ensure that such material is not accessed by minors and does not violate obscenity laws. **
