Aggressor states are countries that initiate military aggression or use force against another country without provocation or justification under international law. These actions are typically seen as violations of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the targeted country. Aggressor states may also engage in acts of aggression that threaten the peace and security of the international community. The United Nations Charter prohibits acts of aggression, and the international community often condemns and seeks to address such actions through diplomatic, economic, or military means. **

In my opinion, the aggressor in the American Civil War was the Confederate States of America. The Confederacy seceded from the Union and initiated the war by attacking Fort Sumter in 1861. Their secession was driven by their desire to preserve the institution of slavery, which was a major point of contention between the North and the South. The Union, on the other hand, was fighting to preserve the United States and ultimately to end slavery. Therefore, the Confederacy's actions in seceding and initiating the war make them the aggressor in the conflict. **

Ignoring an aggressor is not the best method to send them back to where they came from because it can be seen as a sign of weakness or submission, which may embolden the aggressor to continue their behavior. Addressing the aggressor directly and setting clear boundaries can help deter further aggression and assert one's own strength and resolve. Ignoring the aggressor may also allow the situation to escalate and potentially lead to more serious consequences. It is important to confront and address aggression in a firm and assertive manner to prevent it from escalating further. **

Stop-motion films are created by physically manipulating objects or characters frame by frame to create the illusion of movement, while animated films are created using drawings, computer-generated imagery, or a combination of both. Stop-motion films involve capturing individual frames of still images, whereas animated films involve creating moving images through various techniques. Both types of films require meticulous attention to detail and precise execution, but the main difference lies in the method used to create the final product. **
